Lathco Ltd are working towards the Investors In People award. In addition to the IIP award, Lathco also have a positive attitude towards training at all levels within the company and are promoting staff too achieve the relevant NVQ Level to gain maximum benefits for both the company and the employee. The result being that, as of February 1998, the first NVQs in electroplating were successfully achieved. Lathco were the first in the country to gain NVQs in electroplating.
